Google access requires the business owner’s authorization.
This public walkthrough does not connect a Google profile or load review data. A live connection requires the business owner to authorize Google access and select their profile in the private workspace, with ReplyPilot’s Google integration configured.

Access starts with the business owner
Authorize and connect your Google Business Profile.
In the private workspace, the business owner connects Google, grants access, and selects the verified Business Profile they manage. ReplyPilot’s Google integration must also be configured before a live connection or review sync can proceed.

Reviews stay in your workspace
Open the inbox for that profile.
ReplyPilot syncs reviews from the selected profile into its private inbox with the rating, date, and Google reply status. Filter the inbox or start a manual sync. Syncing reviews does not publish a reply.

A private starting point
Create a draft guided by your saved tone.
With a reply tone saved in workspace settings, choose “Generate reply draft” on a synced review. ReplyPilot uses that review and your saved tone and guidance to prepare a private draft. Safety checks must pass before a draft is saved; tone guides wording without adding facts.

Your judgment stays in the loop
Review or edit the draft as the owner.
Read the review in context, then keep or edit the draft. It remains private until you explicitly approve publication. Reviews rated 1–3 stars and sensitive complaints stay owner-handled.
Owner actionApprove only the text you choose - 05 / 05
Publication follows approval
Approve and publish the reply.
Choose “Approve & publish reply” to send the reviewed text to Google. ReplyPilot checks the final text again and reports a published reply only after Google confirms it. If Google does not confirm, the draft stays available and publication is not reported as successful.
Owner actionGoogle confirmation is required
This walkthrough covers owner-approved replies. Automatic reply handling is a separate opt-in setting and is off by default; syncing the inbox alone never enables publishing.
